When did Fire get so cool?
Calling all hunks. If you thought that playing with matches was cool as a child, you'll think twice today. When the fire starts burning, there isn't anyone more suited to put it out than a couple of civilians with very limited experience and suspiciously ample down time. There's no one qualified and more socially anomalous than volunteer firemen. Don't we pay taxes for firefighters to get paid? Regardless, show us that you have enough guts, tenacity, brains, get-there get-out gumption, and fire knowhow to really give those fires a dousing.

Stay Vigilant
Look exclusively over your shoulder just in case a group of civilians get a peek atcha.
Get Dirty
Dirty boys only. Cleanliness is next to godliness, but this isn't god's country, son.
Hold On
Always be holding onto a chest strap or a helmet. Can't have your arms dangling around like it's a PS4 conference or something.
Be Hot
We can't let anyone just "volunteer" their "time" to reach out to their "community." We need to know you can take the heat. You know how it goes. To fight fire, you gotta be fire.
